Welcome to the official press kit for SoboQ!

SoboQ is an independent game developer based in Japan.

There are countless games in the world. Yet finding one I can truly lose myself in is surprisingly rare. Once or twice a year is a good year...

So I thought: why not make the games I want to play myself? That is how SoboQ began.

I aim to make simple, cute, slightly quirky games. Every little mechanic has a clear reason for being there.

I started making games around 2022. There have been false starts, burnout, and plenty of detours—but I have kept learning bit by bit.

While supporting myself with part-time work, I play games, analyze them, make them, and then play some more.

Sometimes I step away from development altogether. Still, in 2026 I made it as far as creating a demo of my first game, COSPECO: Greedy Bullets.

The adventure is only just beginning.

The official SoboQ logo pack will include assets for both light and dark backgrounds.
